Hunter/Jumper

Zoe is a seasoned Hunter/Jumper competitor who has worked extensively with her own horse, King, whom she has trained and loved since she was 16. She is a multifaceted 26-year-old equestrian professional and accomplished artist who approaches the development of the equine athlete with a specialized, detail-oriented lens. With a degree in Equine Business Management and Riding, Zoe’s expertise is grounded in rigorous scientific study. Her industry leadership, evidenced by her roles as JWU IHSA Co-Captain, and early on achieving the Eileen Wilmont Award from GMHA, reflects a steadfast commitment to professional excellence. Raised on a farm surrounded by horses, goats, dogs, and cats, Zoe carries a dual legacy: a family history of Vermont equine champions and a lineage of innate artistic talent.

In the studio, she is a sought-after portrait artist, using ink, watercolor, and charcoal to capture the spirit of the animals and people she loves. Her deep understanding of equine anatomy—honed through her degree at Johnson & Wales—gives her portraits a lifelike "magic" and anatomical accuracy.
